Horizontal slicer for poultry breast fillet THIELEMANN CBS 1

CBS is an automatic industrial slicer designed for boneless poultry fillets to achieve evenly thick schnitzels and butterfly cuts for products like “Cordon Bleu”.

The machine is available in three versions: single-row, double-row, and triple-row.

By using multiple rows, it allows simultaneous processing of different products with varying cutting thicknesses and slice quantities. The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest standards for work safety, ergonomics, and hygiene.

The raw material for processing on the CBS machine is fresh boneless poultry breast fillet with a minimum temperature of -2°C. The fillet should have the following dimensions:

  • Length: no limitations
  • Width: minimum 50 mm, maximum 140 mm
  • Height: minimum 2 mm, maximum 60 mm
