The “Meat Technology Forum” took place from November 21st to 23rd, 2022, and it was one of the most significant events in the meat industry. This year’s edition attracted nearly 400 participants, including representatives from 85 technology-providing companies, as well as management teams from the meat, poultry, and fish industries, technical and development department heads, and technologists. The industry meeting showcased a wide range of offerings at the exhibition stands and during 40 presentations.
The main topics that caught the attention of the meat industry’s management were energy efficiency in plants, increasing productivity, and competitiveness. Speakers emphasized that the meat industry must operate in line with sustainable development principles while meeting the growing demands of consumers. Therefore, investments in energy efficiency and the development of new technologies are crucial for the industry’s continued growth.
During the “Meat Technology Forum,” the ORŁY 2022 awards were presented, recognizing leading companies in the meat industry. One of the awarded companies was Ti-Ma, a leader in the sale of meat machinery. Ti-Ma received recognition for its innovative solutions that contribute to improving efficiency and work quality in the meat industry.
The organizers of the event expressed hope that the valuable business contacts established during the “Meat Technology Forum” will contribute to the further development of the meat industry.
