The history of Ti-Ma is closely connected with the company Industrievertretung Rudolf Thielmann. In 1984, Rudolf Thielmann, then 18 years old, started his own business by repairing and selling used machinery for the meat industry in Borod Westerwalde, near Cologne, Germany. After four years, he moved to Gremmelin near Rostock, where the company was headquartered until 2012.
In 1990, Rudolf Thielmann established a branch office in Gdańsk, Poland, which offered equipment from renowned brands with European quality certifications. In 1992, Ti-Ma company was formed, with Mr. Rudolf Thielmann as the president, taking on all responsibilities related to servicing and selling spare parts. Since 2002, the company has been owned by Maria Andrzejewska, who also assumed the role of the company's president, along with Arkadiusz Stadnik.
The companies developed rapidly, increasing their turnover year by year, thanks to the young but skilled team led by the owner, Rudolf Thielmann, an experienced entrepreneur at that time. His consistency, decisiveness, and energy in action contributed to a positive image of the company.
At the end of 2012, a restructuring took place. Responding to the wishes of Polish customers, all activities were consolidated into one company. From that moment on, Ti-Ma, in addition to servicing and selling spare parts, also took over the machinery sales business under the patronage of Rudolf Thielmann. This way, all aspects of the business were concentrated in one entirely Polish company.
Ti-Ma, previously known as IRT, is well-known in the Polish market, and the machines and equipment they import can be found in many meat processing plants in Poland and abroad. They offer products from various renowned European manufacturers.
In early September 2015, Mr. Krzysztof Pawlak from the service department joined the group of partners. Thus, TI-MA currently has 3 partners.
