Cold smoking chamber AUTOTHERM

AUTOTHERM cold smoking chambers and maturation facilities can be easily integrated into existing spaces. Air treatment is conducted outside the room, either at the back, beside it, or on the ceiling.

Directional air dampers ensure alternating airflow into two specially designed and adjustable air supply channels. Air is drawn from the room through a return air duct, ensuring uniform and optimal air circulation throughout the chamber. This concept guarantees absolutely consistent air conditions, leading to the highest product quality.

Energy-saving techniques such as Controlled External Airflow (CES), Processor-Controlled Process Optimization (AEC), or adjustable fan speed control can be applied in the chambers upon customer request.

Furthermore, the chambers are equipped with an automatic interior cleaning system and smoke channels. The entire program is managed and process parameters are regulated by a microprocessor.

For smoke generation, a range of AUTOTHERM smoke generators from the company’s current program is available. Exhaust gas purification systems can also be utilized if desired.
