Horizontal slicer for poultry breast fillet THIELEMANN CBS 3

CBS is an automatic industrial slicer for boneless poultry fillets used to obtain evenly thick schnitzels and butterfly cuts for products like “Cordon Bleu.”

The machine is produced in three versions: single-row, double-row, and triple-row.

By using multiple rows, it is possible to process different products with varying cutting thicknesses and quantities of slices simultaneously. The machine is designed and manufactured according to the latest standards regarding work safety, ergonomics, and hygiene.

The raw material for processing on the CBS machine is fresh boneless poultry breast fillet with a minimum temperature of -2°C. The fillet should have the following dimensions:

  • Width: minimum 50 mm, maximum 140 mm
